Food is good and quickly served. The birria quesadillas are my favorite so far but my husband loves their authentic tacos.

Stopped here for the first time. Delicious!! I had an al pastor taco and a chicken quesadilla. Heartily recommend.

This food truck has the best street tacos I've had in the US by far. The asada and the al pastor are *chef's kiss*: incredibly flavorful and tender. The quesadillas are a great option too, and I'm looking forward to trying the tortas on a future visit. Note that there are vegetarian options (basically vegetable fillings for tacos or quesadillas). There's plenty of parking and service is quick. There are some tables to eat at outside if you'd rather not take your food to go. There are other food trucks scattered around the space too.

Best tacos in town. We have been here repeatedly--they're always great. Get both the red and green sauces!

Out of all of the food trucks on the lot Tacos Gomez is always poppin' so I finally decided to stop by after work. Service was great and the menu has a lot of options. The green sauce and the quesadilla were my favorites but the al pastor taco was a prettier solid taco. Ingredients were very fresh. I went with a coworker, and our meal total was $20 for three quesadillas, one taco and a bottle of Coke. This place is a great bang for your buck for quality food.

First timesies! So good! Very fresh and made to order! The hot sauce was flavorful and spicy just like how we like it. Even the mild salsa was good. The cashier was so friendly and the food came out very fast. If we are ever in town again we will definitely come back to eat here!

I ate here for the first time the other day and it was amazing. Recommendations: campechanos quesadillas (get at least two, three if you're hungry) Price: $3.50/taco or $13/4 tacos, $4/quesadilla. Sounds a little pricey per item, but this is Charlottesville and the tacos and quesadillas are bigger than at other places I will definitely be going back. Excited to try the birria!

On my way to McD's and saw Taco Gomez. Had to stop by cause I love my tacos! Pros: - Prices weren't cheap but they weren't over priced (when considering you're in C'ville) - 4 tacos for $13.....sure why not - tacos had lots of meat in them - good flavor - spicy sauce was pretty damn spicy. Cons: - none really. - maybe the spicy sauce was too spicy. Haha Overall: Between here and El Taco Nako...it's a toss up. Can't go wrong at either place. I'll definitely be coming back here again when in C'ville.
